Oded Oren, Founder & Executive Director.
Oded is a former public defender in the Bronx. He is a graduate of Harvard College (magna cum laude) and Harvard Law School (cum laude).

Paco Poler, Data Analysis & Strategy.
Paco co-ran policy impact forecasting at Recidiviz, a nonprofit that leverages data tools to inform criminal justice policy. He holds a B.S.H. in geophysics and a master's in sociology, both from Stanford University.
